- Refund policy
- If for any reason you do not fall in LOVE with your LittlePP order you may exchange within 14days of receipt. The item/items must be with tags, in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn in original packaging.
- There is a no return / credit note on sale items.
- Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping charges for all returns.
- Please include in your package for return Your Name, Full Address, Phone Number, Email address & choices of exchange/credit note, Please ensure your choices are in stock online. This will avoid any delays to your exchange.
- Faulty items:Should you believe an item purchased from LittlePP to be faulty, please get in touch with us, Items deemed to be truthfully faulty by our team will be fully refunded, or a replacement will be offered where available. Items deemed not to be faulty will be returned to the customer.

- The customer will be notified via email once their refund/change has taken place.
